These are ("Protection Genie", "we" or "our") Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the website.

  • Because of the nature of the product, we have an All Sales Final policy.
  • Order Changes/Cancelations:
    • Because orders may be mailed out the same day that they are placed, we do not allow order changes or cancelations.
    • We know that you will appreciate that you will be receiving a brand new, never been soiled, product and not someone's exchange or return.
  • Items that are damaged/defective upon arrival:
    • If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact customer service within 30 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect and/or incorrect product.
    • We DO NOT replace with a different product than what was originally ordered.
  • Products that will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
    • Any product not purchased from
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail bag, and all other items originally included with the product
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage
    • Any product that was not approved to be "defective" and/or "incorrect merchandise" by customer service.


Question: My promotional code is not working. Why?


Let’s run through the checklist together to ensure the code has been applied correctly.

You must first select the quantity to place an item in the shopping bag.
You will then be directed to the shopping bag with your line item/s included.
Above the line items you will see the "Enter Promotional Code" submission text box.

Please input the discount code you received into this text box. Be sure to click on the "apply code" button. Once the code is applied, you will see a change in your total reflecting the discount that the code offers.

Please note that no more than one promotional code is allowed per order, and cannot be applied to the SP&S fees.

Question: I need to change my shipping address. How do I do that?


Please email with your Order ID#, email address, billing last name, the incorrect address you previously used, and your new address. If your order has not already shipped, we will adjust prior to delivery and notify you accordingly.
